I sometimes take 10 mg of Meletonin to help me go to sleep. Sometimes it works pretty well, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I've tried Excedrin PM and other other the counter medications. I don't want anything narcotic. Do you have any ideas for me? Thanks in advance.

I will certainly pray for sleep for you. We have a goodnight thread on the Pentecostal forum which I find very helpful. Do visit, you would be most welcome. I pray for everyone every evening and we share various things.

55 here and over the last several months i have found that i am getting to sleep much later. Awake for hours. Sometimes until 3am or more!

If anyone asks, its not my basket as that is rather comfy.

Yes, I have nights like that, so I think of myself on the 'night watch' and spend time with the Lord and a cocoa. It is incredibly peaceful, so quiet, and a blessed time to pray for family and forum friends, and meditate on a verse.
It takes the pressure off being awake and I thank and praise God for the special time.
I don't stay up for more than about an hour.

Thanks for the information. I will do just what you suggested. That's a lot of information, and I really appreciate it. It will take several trips to enjoy it.
