I did get a shower and get dressed....WOOT...big adventures never cease.

Most likely I will crash...that nap never did happen and I am falling asleep in my chair

I'm not as bad as a narcoleptic, but occasionally (if I slept poorly the night before) will easily nod off while watching tv or reading.

I think that the exercise program is going great for my wife and I. We usually spend almost 2 hours three times a week, and we're both increasing what we do. I must add that both of us are feeling better. The number one goal is to continue.

It's warming up again here where I live. I'm in the mood to go out for dinner, but won't know if my driver (son) is until he gets home from work. Usually when he suggests it, I'm not that hungry. If he has prep work left for his class, he might not want to. He has an hour-long science class via phone and internet at 8pm, I think. He does it 2x weekly. He loves online school. I would miss the classroom, but that isn't how he learns.

everyone sounds well...I have had a slow day...did not sleep well at all last night...Gracie is barking a lot at rabbits in the yard , so are the other dogs in the neighborhood.

The sun and heat make me depressed too. It will be a long summer.

I had a poster on another forum curse me telling in some very un-Christian terms where I could go. My wife, God bless her, read his post and is joining the forum so she can defend me. I haven't replied to his post myself.

Another member has already reported him. Is this a good thing?

I did errands this morning, while hubby worked on the pc room.
Been feeling tired this week (? allergies and weather changes), so I am pacing myself

It IS a good thing to have reports/rules/moderation, so that forums can run smoothly and respectfully.
Depending on the forum importance and situation, it is up to you if you respond to this person or just ignore them.

Hi gang...I had a totally different day today....got lots of good sleep finally last night, took Gracie out early for a walk today...we were in the shade all the way...did a lot of floor cleaning; once before and once after she had a bad potty spell inside.

Went to the store and have watered the back lawn...I hope I can move tomorrow...

Our weather is almost 20 degrees cooler, it makes a big difference for me...much better for rest and activity.

My gosh....I wish 80 degrees was hot for us...but it means cooler out here.
