Oh wowThanks so much Gail...this is a long way to go anymore...a 5-6 hour drive.
My wife and I went to church and then out to eat this evening.
We had a good time, just before the thunderstorms moved in.
We're hoping and praying for rain again and just might get it.
Everyone have a great week.![]()
I am so happy to hear you are both active and doing well
Praise God for your rain......
parts of the Northeast could use some now,
with non in sight for the next week again!
We are bone dry, with high brush fire warnings up![]()
Thanks Davefor rain, in areas 'where needed'
The 'turkey pic' had me thinking re: brush fires
_with all that plant litter/branches just lying around your perimeter
God has your back
dave
Thanks Dave
In neighboring cities the threat is due to sparks from passing trains.
In the country where we are, it is from cigarette butts tossed out of passing cars; we are very wooded, so all it takes is for one to land in the right spot.
Yes, we are in God's hands...next to a hydrant....and have the hose hooked to the house

Our grandson won his baseball game last night 10-2; we had a fun time
Have a nice day ~ God bless![]()
Thank God for your reliefFreezing rain and record-breaking late season cold. When my wife and I walked over to get our mail earlier this afternoon, there was actually a touch of sleet hitting our faces... Give God the glory anyhow.
The very good thing is that the drought is over in Oklahoma.
Thanks MarshaPraying the Lord send rain to you.
Ah, yes, those Little League baseball games keep you busy for a couple months or so. They are fun. It's been a long time ago.
Thank God for your reliefNew England can have crazy weather changes into May as well!
Thanks Marsha
I see rain drops on the map for next week st this time; here's hoping
Hubby attends more games than I do.
I am tuckered out by evening and it can get so cold still; plus those bleachers can kill your back.
By attending at least 1-2 games a week, and alternating grandsons, no one feels left out![]()
My son was only able to play T-Ball because of his disability, but I hear youI must admit that I didn't attend every game either. Sometimes I was happy to send the guys out and have a little peace and quiet.![]()

Brother, I sincerely hope that you're right about the drought being over in Oklahoma. It sure was bringing hard times to a lot of folks. A wet spring and summer would make everyone in this neck of the woods extremely happy.
