I'm off to a good morning of prayer, meditation, and thankfulness to God.

I need to officially say hi to you. Which portion of scripture were you reading today...I was being blown away in 1st and 2nd John.

I've started reading Psalms again.

This is life as a senior now...
we all seem to have such different conditions...
but frequent visits to drs is normal...
I will be taking my friend Lori to her surgery next week...
she had the infected cyst on her face...it has healed well,
but still will get it removed/per dr's advice.

Dave I am so glad you are still with us...
and hope you have many more active years to come. (((((((hugs)))))).

At my second Blood donation at the Health Centre today [this week]
I was told, that the earlier sample, showed low potassium levels
prompting the hospital to request a second sample

Again I await, some determination over their concern for my blood
[albeit patiently and without dread]

Hmmm, are the meds doing this to you? Can you eat something to raise the potassium level?

I've started reading Psalms again.

The Psalms are my favorite place for devotionals...I also read a lot of Spurgeon's Treasury of David...lots of wonderful insights that find jesus in almost every verse of the Psalms.

I think that Spurgeon's Treasury of David is a beautiful masterpiece - excellent choice.

and so I am unaware of any implications, these results may hold for me

I do love bananas, and my eating, of, just five of those [over several days]
did at one time, send my potassium levels way-up there
Which [back then] gave the hospital a really good shock [until, I explained]

We'll see [?] I have no reason to be 'concerned' ~I feel 'well'
