How was everyone's Easter?
Ours was very nice ~ hubby did a good job with the ham dinner, and it was good getting my kids and in-laws together.
I am beat now after the long day, and look forward to just relaxing tomorrow

Spent the rest of the day quietly here. I will eventually get to some chores today...and cook a dinner tomorrow night...got groceries early this am. We have a nice cloud cover, but no rain, which is desperately needed.

Our church service was very uplifting...someone played the trumpet with some of the music...I loved it.

Spent the rest of the day quietly here. I will eventually get to some chores today...and cook a dinner tomorrow night...got groceries early this am. We have a nice cloud cover, but no rain, which is desperately needed.

We puttered with some chores, and got a walk in before the rain came.
It is a beautiful spring day here....surrounded by mounds of snow and heavy ice on the lake still ....but we are getting there
It is so neat to be in warmth and then get a chill from the snow pack as you walk in the shade
I am so looking forward to hearing my first chorus of spring peepers; but that is WEEKS away yet.

Lat year I posted hearing them much earlier; but we had no snow

Hubby made some yummy ham salad with his homemade french bread for lunch, then we watched the 10 Commandments.
Our diets will get back on track when we finish our Easter goodies

I put some ham into a very green, spring leaf salad for lunch...ate a rice tortilla on the side...need to get a few very "clean" sort of meals back in the day's menu.

I will cook some white fish hubby caught in Alaska for my dinner...boy is that good...too bad it is so costly.

Got Gracie out for a walk, but mainly I have piddled all day.

Hi everyone! Great graphics Dave! I know I haven't been on here much lately, sorry. Today I have been tackling the cleaning I have put off for too long. It's nice to have a nice smelling apartment!

Yeah! - We got a nice rain last night and this morning - and there is more to come according to the weatherman. We are all giving thanks. The heaviest rain is supposed to happen tonight.

That is such nice news...we don't have any rain in the long term forecast...we are very, very dry.

Spent a quiet day here...moving sprinklers around and fixing a special dinner for hubby.

Talked by phone for a while to a dear friend.

This is a pitcher plant...looks like a butterfly. COOl.
