Hello everyone,

It's Friday, so have a great weekend!

Our little dogs had a good time tonight with hide and go seek and ambush. They were hilarious. Hank likes to hide by putting his head under the bed and leaving his rear end and tail out. Lucy just looks at it as if to say - he thinks that he's hidden. Lucy also wins on ambush because she has more patience than Hank. Poor Hank - it's a hard job, but someone has to do it.

Upon the suggestion of staff, I have opened this account
to test some problems I have with the site

It has been suggested, that I am the only person having problems with the site
and short of POLLING all members _ I guess, we will have to run with these things
and hope to discover the causes of those 'problems'

We have had light rain all night...still not too cold here...it may snow higher up.

I cooked a stew last night for dinner...left-overs tonight will be good.

I plan to mess around with my beading stuff today and read.

I have been sort of sad for me...maybe the underlying sadness for Americas rejection of God.

I hope you heart is lifted again soon!

I did all my chores and cooking yesterday, so today was a 'kick back' and relax day ...except to do a wash and my toning/strengthening exercises
All the snow melted and the road dried up as it warmed to @ 50 today, so we got a nice long walk in.

There was a bittersweet moment in my day.....the mail brought in my nursing license renewal notice; I am FORMERLY RETIRING IT after 40 years

O Gail...you are always going to be a nurse...nursing is in your spirit.

I am still sort of low, spent quite a while in prayer...and plan to do more...prayers of intercession I think. This world is getting darker and darker, just as foretold in scripture.

Yeah it is in my spirit the concern for others remains; though as I age I noticed am more squeamish :o
I used to watch all these graphic ER and medical shows, and now I just pass by some of them
As I age I am also more emotional, and cry at the drop of a hat to see someone upset or in pain in person or on the news (even a movie or tv show )

I hear you, and have a heavy heart at times too
But He has overcome the world...so stay rooted in Christ, who is our LIGHT, strength, hope, and joy ~

I had a pretty good week. I have an appointment with dr. on Monday about ankle. I think he will be in agreement to remove the cast and put me in a walking cast. I am SO ready!

I got some lovely recordings on my phone, of Teddy talking and the birds 'in session'
but the phone does not allow me to store them on memory card
and, would you believe it... ?
the file format .amr __can, only be read by a mobile phone

I can record audio-video on my camera and send .wma files

I am always talking to Gracie...she is a good listener...and she makes herslef very understandable...we are well trained to her needs around here.

I feel better today...messed with stringing beads...but basically am inside...it is colder here for us...under 50 degrees...I think eventually I will get outside for a walk. Hubby is napping.

All 'three' will, touch, the rear hall door with claws
['expecting', assistance, with, the doors]
and Rusty, will let out a quietish 'moan' ["did you know I'm 'wanting-out' ?"]
if, his 'need' is urgent
LOL

Rolo, will 'rush out' with the others... but
will, without warning relieve himself in the hallway and without shame

Awwww...poor Rolo it is hard when they get that frail

LOL @ Rusty he is a cutie!

Penny has a 'Lassie' bark/stance/alarm when she is showing a dire need....like playing ball and getting Momma or Daddy to go for a walk.LOL
She gets her chest low to the ground, stomping her front paws onto the floor, as she barks so emphatically that her ears flop up and down ROFLOL

When a toy goes under a piece of furniture that she can't reach, a long repeated moan is issued until we fetch it for her (this is also alert when she must go out).

They are incredible, loving, and hilarious creatures....what a joy and blessing they are!
