Ok friends...I did do a lot of stuff with my online sites at Pinterest...raked leaves, did laundry, and took a nap...got Gracie groomed this evening. I plan to steam the floors tomorrow, if all goes well.

I don't feel so tired tonight, yesterday was terrible.

Yes it was a longish 48 hours :roflol:

We'd gotten off to bed @ 2.30 am Sunday morning
AND were up-again @ 6 am to see the furniture arrive just after 7.30 am
and I didn't get to bed until just before 3 am, on Monday morning

But the 'course' was "run" (LOL)
We coped, and came through
to find ourselves, with 'increased floorspace'
and a much lighter-looking, living-room

Also, Mary's feet, can reach the floor, with this 'new' furniture
Though she says; that she misses the old stuff, ~because
it shared ten years or so, of her life
Awwwww, it will 'grow' on her


We also have the paint for the kitchen 'stored' ~for 'opportunity'
and also restoration, of, 'inclination' and 'determination'
[one step, at a time!]

Maybe, when I have my own computer 'up and running'
Life, just seems to be, 'so-busy'

Plans, are good, and good plans, usually do satisfy, our-intentions
especially when they, 'bear fruit'

Hi Gail...I will be steaming my floors today...if I quit the pc for a while.

I have been thinking of putting up a private board at Pinterest....just for CF members...what do you think?

Pinterest is sort of like Facebook, but much more simple to use...I like it a lot.

Facebook lost my vote a long time ago, and I really have no idea what pinterest involves.
I will try to check it out today....but yes, a PRIVATE BOARD would be great (IMHO)

Ok...I will set up a private board at pinterest...it will take me a bit to figure out how to do it and invite others...I can always delete the board if we don't llike it...no big deal.

That is a good idea...I cleaned floors for quite a while...did laundry...took a shower...I will sit now as hubby is bring home some dinner from a good fast food place near us. We are expecting some clouds...maybe tomorrow night.

Got more christmas stuff arranged today too.

Gracie keeps sitting in my recliner...and she does not like to share it with me...LOL. I usually sit somewhre else.

We almost got take out, but decided on leftovers instead tonight.

LOL that is one spoiled puppy
Penny has a spot on the couch but will share the chairs with us

Today finally cleared so we could walk, but it was cold!
Sunday/Monday we may have a winter storm finally bringing us some snow; it will be clear until then, in the 40's.

We had temps in the high 60's...I opened a window for a while when steaming the floors...tomorrow I will go out to the grocery store.

We are definitely in a serious drought here.

Dave, that new furniture you have sounds lovely.

I have a new little chest of drawers - white with drawers that have stopper thingies on them so they can't just keep coming out and out till they fall like the old type of drawers. I love it!

Well, as you can see by my sig, my family and I went to see the Hobbit this evening. We enjoyed it all very much and though it's a long movie, it didn't feel long at all. I think the main characters were great in their acting roles and the movie moved along at a good pace. Great sound effects and costumes and so on too. We loved it.

Hello everyone. It's nearly 5 pm here. The day has gone very quickly, as usual. I had another physio session this afternoon and the physio says my foot is looking better and my walking is improving. She noticed my foot still a bit swollen, but said that would settle with time. I still haven't plucked up the courage to drive, especially in the cold weather.

Happy Wednesday everyone!

My wife had a great doctor appointment yesterday. She is improving now by the day, and they are getting her stabilized with the right medications. Good news and good progress.
