I hope so, because this is my life...I got out for a walk...physically it does me good...but I did not enjoy the walk...would rather sit...I am pushing on to 67 years old. We, hubby and I have slowed down a lot this past year.

Not so bad lately thank you

re: Moderator Training
I got diagnosed with 'heart failure'
so, with that, and other reasons, I decided, that 'then'
was not the time to start 'ANYTHING' that could give me 'stress'
re: the heart-failure...
newly prescribed meds: Ramipril and Bisoprolol
and a change of diuretics have concealed the diagnosed symptoms
and I am being sent for MRI scan of my heart
to complete a more thorough EXAMINATION / diagnosis
I look and feel much better

If you would like to show us the card/photo as well Yvie Sis'
that would be 'cool'

I am blah too...but my weather is very different...lots of sun usually, but we are cooler.

I am just going thru a quiet spell I think.
