Went to Mass, love the Monday Masses, it's quiter than Sunday which is good for prayer and meditation. It's rainy but warm, I'm a winter person myself so not long to go before the cooler weather arrives.

Later I hope to some guitar practice in, who knows I might even get beyond two strings

I have a clinic appointment [Friday] where I will see a nurse [from the hospital]
at my local Health Centre
and also a hospital appointment, nearer the end of the month
where past tests will be repeated for comparison purposes
and further 'treatment adjustments', will be assessed

Yes, I feel much-improved [~symptom relief] since 'my state' in April this-year

Praise The Lord
I also make a mean Apple Crumble

I was up during the night because I got hot...we are not walking much. Then slept late this am....I don't like that but it happens.

Yes, Gail Sis', it is very-comfortable ~my not having to strive 'for-breath'
Whether this is due to the Ramipril, or, the Beclametasone (or, both) [?]
But, for sure I am, able to fill my lungs and, get enough oxygen transferred

All in all, the treatment has been effective [even when, it did take a while, to notice]

The weather change, to Autumn, is very apparent here
Breezier, cooler and wetter
