do you find the heat is making you sleep ,im taking my dog out soon for her walk.

That might be it...the house is hotter at night now and my head feels funny in the mornings...I pushed myself and got Gracie over to the park for a walk...went down to our little town and waited for a certain girl to cut my hair...she is worth the wait.

Got gasoline and then stopped in at the pet shop. I am trying another brand of dog food. Gracie is beyond picky.

Today is hotter...so...it is summer, this is what happens every year...LOL.

A 'fellow' attendee at our ceramics class_ made this

He will paint on glaze colours , in September

He has a great deal of talent, having attended University of the Arts

He 'looks' like a Hairy Biker, but cannot drive a motorcycle himself

That sounds like something I would enjoy a lot...

It was a nice day; the local talent was amazing...and the loaned exhibits from other museums was impressive.

We have some sort of museum within 30 minutes from here...I have never been there...it is not for art.

Most are 1+ hour from us ...near Boston and the suburbs.
The local one is bigger than I recalled; I think they have added to it in the 42 years I didn't visit LOL.
We will probably go more often for new exhibits now; it is just 20 minutes from home

Wow!!!! I got my walk in with Gracie early today...we were home before 8am....we are beating the heat of the day....and I think I foind a dog food she really likes...Origen...the chicken and turkey variety...yeah!

The best thing about summer is that Fall is next.

I don't know...I was told this is made in Canada. I will google it for you.

OOOOps....sorry about that sun...I get out early, then hide inside all day...the evenings are feeling warmer too.

I visited with my new neighbor this morning...she was out digging on her property, she loves gardening. She told me she just turned 70 years old. I was shocked...she looks 15 years younger than me...says she still can run a marathon and has been running them for 40 yeras. She is very active physically and does things that are "other" oriented...like leading blind people in a marathon race and helping military vets in hospitals...plus a variety of other things...what a treasure to have living next to me.

Mine has been full of frustrations and my nerves are raw at the moment :o
re: finances/retirement benefits, no water service just as I was getting ready to leave ; then we came home to Penny throwing up 3x
She is 2 years old today and I think she got too excited over a couple of toys we got he, and the treat she got before and after we left didn't settle.

We have done our errands and chores, and the water is finally on , but we still can't flush the toilet because the water pressure is still low.

We are finally settled and trying to relax; I think we will skip our walk today

I have been very dry spiritually, and low emotionally this past week, and sure could use some 'Heavenly Dew'

If I stay inside and wuiet I am pretty comfortable...with fans going...when I clean the floors later I will get hot.

I can get this brand of dog food at several close locations here...just never tried it.

Those little foxes do their nasty little work on the nerves...I hate my pets to throw up...and to be witjout water is a big deal in my view...
