Her owner said he did a lot of grooming...the dog was shining and clean, she was well cared for.
Some people have a knack for it...like YOU
And a cooperative dog (unlike mine) ;)
My floors are cleaned up, need to go to get groceries...but haven't got a clue what to fix for meals this week.

I did my vacuuming, dusting and washes
We cook to get 2 meals out of it, so we are working on leftovers from the freezer, with an occasional BBQ (ribs, steak) :yum:
Beautiful

Thank you

This forum inspires me to improve my walk with God... Let's hope I go further than just inspiration. I have been meaning to go to church lately but haven't quite made it there.. I just stay home and veg... I tell myself I'm not ready, or that I have other things to do. I think he has a blessing up there for me if I will just get off my lazy duff and go. :)

I am blessed with a handful of fresh blackberries a day. :) I read somewhere that they have more of a better antioxidant punch fresh off the vine and that the time it takes them to get to the grocery store lessens the health benefits. :) I feel so blessed :)
We have them too....and wild blueberries; they are a tasty and healthful gift for sure :)

Sharing and receiving inspiration, encouragement, and cheer from our peers really does make a difference!
The Lord works through each of us for the greater good of our brothers and sisters

I am grateful as well, and so blessed to know you all ~ God bless you

A little reminder [?]

I.

Each of us is born with God’s laws engraved upon our soul—
giving us a sense of right and wrong.
Millions of people reveal a natural capacity for good every day
by exhibiting purity, compassion, beauty and sacrifice all around them.
We are a living, breathing testament to the loving God who made us.

II.

No person is holier than the next; and no person is an authority in the eyes of God.
God does not require a baptism or a public confession of faith.
We do not need a go-between to speak to God or the Angels on our behalf.
Each and every day, God and the Angels hear your prayers and know your heart.

III.

The true Church is not a building; and it is not a place for tithing or offerings.
God’s Church lends no credence to the clothes you wear or your socio-economic status.
When we acknowledge that the Church is within each of us,
we release ourselves from the dogmatic differences that divide us.

IV.

The Church resides in all of us.
A host of religions and their scripture have stated, “The Kingdom of God is within you.”
So, do not fill your hearts with doubt and despair over the failures of institutions and men.
Nothing can separate us from the God who created us… except ourselves.

V.

We are the Church. We are the Temple.
And when our house is full, evil has no place to call home.
In every thought and action we must acknowledge the Church within us—
to nurture and sustain the Ecclesia Occultus (The Hidden Church)
which God has sanctified in everyone.

Go to your 'quiet place' and open up to Him
It isn't anymore difficult than that, you'll see

your Bro'

hi birdie.i could do with them berries, for my cake this weekend ,and the workmen went at 6,30 so i got same food, lol

birdie is there a church near you that you can go,x

Yes, there is a little methodist church within walking distance. I have visited twice and I like it... The seem to love and care for one another... there is a little coffee and cookie social before it get's started (prob right after sunday school) and once a month they have breakfast while the pastor preaches. they pull out the pews and put tables and chairs (complete with table cloths) in their place. YOu enjoy the sermon to sausage, eggs, toast and juice or coffee....you can wear a suit, a dress or jeans. They really don't care..... ONe family in particular that stuck out was a family who had to watch two of their children die in a car accident while on vaca. I cannot imagine any pain greater than that... but they are there loving the rest of the congregation with their witness.

That sounds like a nice church to visit. What a horrible experience for those parents...very traumatizing.
