Some are blessed with lean bodies as they age; some are not.

I am in the latter catagory and am FINALLY at peace with it!
My plan is to eat well, stay active (include walks), and if I am a bit heavier, so be it.
I refuse to be obscessed with a number, or to suffer from a diet!

By getting some exercise daily and eating good food (smaller portions more frequently), I find I feel well and the weight does come off.

A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE (slow and steady) is my plan of action these days, and it is suiting me well in body, mind, and spirit

I don't feel like I have lost much weight...but usually I do feel better eating fewer carbs...I have not figured this our yet, what is best for me.

It's an uphill battle for me because of the fluid retention/sodium sensitivity, so just the attitude shift is a big step for me....along with feeling better.
I know the rest will follow in time

You know, that does work for me tooo....thanks Gail! My attitude is much better about food. And I found I don't want so much salt, not like I was eating it just a few weeks ago.

I took Gracie to the park, we have not been there in a few days...the sprinklers and mud puddles were great fun! I forgot how much I enjoyed my walk over there too.

Penny stays away from water period (except to drink)...that can be good and bad re: baths

We are relaxing until we leave for Church; the heat has done us in

Strong storms are heading this way; I pray they are over before we leave, or they hold off until we get home

We won't be leaving for a couple hours yet, and will get some showers before then.
