You thought Molly Ringwald was REALLY cool. (Was there an 80's movie she WASN'T in?)

You fell victim to 80's fashion: big hair, crimped, combed over to the side, and you wore spandex pants

You wanted to be a Goonie - (hey u guyz!!)

You actually saw Ted Danson as the MacDaddy he played ''Sam'' to be.

tons of those work for me! lots don't as well... most of the things that don't apply are movies or shows aimed at teens during that decade. since i was a teen in the 90s things are a bit different.

and, may i add... there's no entry for "You lip synched to Amy Grant tapes with your girlfriends during sleepovers". I suppose that's too Christian uberdorky to make the list

Lol... I used to wonder if we would have flying cars by THE YEAR 2000.

Anyway, "child of the __" refers to people who spent the majority of their childhood in that decade, not the decade they were born. As I was 10 years old in 1985-86, played with 1st generation Transformers when they were new etc., I'm definitely a child of the '80s.

Im an 80's child, but there a very few of them that dont really partane to me. I used to really love watching the Fraggle Rocks and of course Mr. T. I was a tomboy back then. Oh boy, this is sure bringing back lots of memmories. lol

I still have my transformers in a box someplace as well as my G I Joes which I didn't see on the list. I loved the A-team just because they could take a apple, a paper clip, and a shopping cart and make a tank. Ah the memories

I'd say over half of those apply to me. I knew nothing about fashion, 80's or now, and my taste in music was always out of touch, so some of those don't work... but my goodness, Transformers? Atari? He-Man? "Wax On, Wax Off?" Those were the days...
