I just want to say how impressed I am with the way you are communicating, Raven, Nexia, and other staff members as well. I've been vocal about how poor communication has been on these forums, but y'all are really doing a very good job at keeping us updated and trying to get us answers. Thanks for that.

:clap::)

:) Thanks, Tych.

I think that all of us bank-robbers did a really good job. Lots of people came in to ask a question and then they came back to teach other people what they'd learned. That was a great group dynamic, and it just shows the excellent quality of the Members here.

So   yourself, you earned it.

I actually missed out on the bank-robbing part...

I did share some of that gold from *bug* #2...:D

Will the banners/logos we had for the different forums be returned? and (sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but i don't know where else it fits since it isn't a bug or new feature) is it possible to have the description of a forum changed and if so, how do we do this? thanks

On the subject of Reps, how do I do it? Am I just missing the obvious? Or is it currently not possible? (sorry if this is not the right placr to ask :sorry:, I'm just a little frustrated in my search for the rep button)

To rep you click on the light bulb upper right of posts...
Last I heard you only give 50 rep points regardless of rep power but you can leave a short message...

The *UPGRADE* is still in Process... At this point there is a LOT of work left to do...

Please Keep CF in Prayer

Customization is one of the things on the long list of things to address...

God Bless,
Ty

Can the forums be reorganized into a more logical order? It would make sense to have Announcements near the top, ministries grouped together, etc.

Right now on my UserCP (just the forums I am subscribed to, obviously) I have For New Christians at the top, then Announcements, a bunch of Ethics forums, life stages, then Ethics and Morality at the very bottom between Computers and Internet and Pet and Animal Friends. It's not making a lot of sense to me, and would be much easier if there were a logical flow to it.

Most of the icons will come back, from what I've read. But, many of them won't be displayed in our posts now. They'll be in our profiles.

This is annoying. One of the things I really liked about CF was the ability to see that sort of stuff at a glance. It gave me much more of a sense of talking with a "real" person. Since the much-ballyhooed raison d'etre of CF2 is communicating and socializing, it seems strange to push those features out of easy sight.

Some of them (not all) led to frequent hasty judgements, and often misjudgements of people. This is a small part of the reason for moving them to the profile. The main reason, though, is that the amount of info displayed in our posts had become a huge resource drain. Not having all that info in the profile will improve the speed and performance of the site considerably.

Your avatar would give you away as a female.

Not always, obviously. My avatar could describe me as a black boy, a white woman, or a white man.

Gender and faith are necessary to be seen at a glance on a forum like this one. It aids tremendously with having the information you need about who you are speaking to, in order to discuss politics, religion, marriage, support, etc.
