Sleep's always good, I love sleep; I have the hugest crush on sleep actually

I can't sleep. This break from uni is messing up my sleep cycle!. Maybe I should do some studying...or maybe I should browse the net for a party dress that I need for Jan.

What have you tried to fix it? Hot tea before bed? Maybe you could exercise a few hours before bedtime, that usually helps me; a few hours before I'm usually pretty 'jacked' for awhile after working out.

I could write you out a bedtime story... ;) you can read it and fall asleep thinkin' about me hahaha

It is ever since I have stopped exercising which is all week. I'm asthmatic and my inhaler has run out so I can't risk having an asthma attack. The doctors didn't open till this past wednesday and a repeat prescription takes two days so hopefully I will get it tommorrow. I should be going on a 26 mile walk straight after and I want to start swimming. It has been a nightmare not being able to exercise..:(. I actually love being active so this week has been torture.

Haha...I did have a CF dream a little while ago, you weren't in it though :p. It was a weird one...

Oh and let's hear this bedtime story.......;)

Once upon a time in a far away land, there lived a young boy with a short tale to tell.

You see, everyday the young lad noticed his Father would get up very early and go for a walk; hours would pass and every morning his Father would return with a smile on his face before attending to the daily chores of the desert they lived in.

After awhile the young lad became very curious about where his Father would go, so he decided to ask his Mother one night and as she lay him down to sleep she told him: I think you should follow your Father tomorrow and find out.

Excited about the prospect of learning his Father's secret he closed his eyes with a flurry of emotions before falling asleep.

The next morning came and the son awoke with a hurry, gathered a few things and waited a few moments after his Father left to follow behind him in-case he sent him back to camp.

Well, his Father noticed him following him and smiled; waved his hand for his son to catch-up to him.

The boy gleamed with excitement, ran quickly, and grabbed his Father's hand.

The two walked with each other for awhile before the child finally asked, Father, where is it that we're going? I mean, where is it that you go every morning that you come back with a perfect smile on your face?

His Father replied, The most beautiful place on Earth.

Astonished at the answer the son began to imagine all the beautiful things he could and could hardly wait to see this wonder.

After walking along the sandy dunes for awhile longer, over a large dune the two went and soon they found themselves upon an Oasis; his Father looked at his son, they caught each other's eyes, and smiled.

Into this Oasis they went, and quickly the son said, Wow Father this is the most beautiful place on Earth! His Father replied, not yet my son.

Shortly they came to a river crossing with an amazing waterfall, beautiful vines hanging from the trees which surrounded it, and wildlife which the boy had not seen on the outside of this sight. This really is the most beautiful place on Earth, the son exclaimed; but, again, his Father replied, not yet my son.

After crossing the river, taking some winding paths, and passing through some bushes, the two found themselves in a grove filled with vivacious flowers; flowers of so many colors and beautiful scents. As the sun rose directly above the grove a few certain flowers would bloom and sprinkle their seeds into the air, filling the grove with a heavenly scent which seemed to stop life in its tracks just as a reminder about how gorgeous life really is.

I cannot believe you've been hiding this miracle from everybody Father, this is truly the most beautiful place on Earth!

Again, not yet my son.

His Father picked him up and put him on his shoulders, and after passing back through the way they came began to hum a sweet melody; and shortly his son fell asleep, exhausted from all the excitement and walking.

The Father awoke his son and whispered in his ear, we're almost there. The boy rubbed his eyes, yawned, and looked over only to see His Mother at a distance, children running and playing, and the entire camp working together with a majestic harmony.

It truly is the most beautiful place on Earth Father.

People who badmouth American health care should read this! I have never had to wait two days for a prescription refill. Most of the time you can call the pharmacy and get it filled on the same day.
