Not following that formula leads to all sorts of problems.

For example, some people, after getting saved, want to add knowledge to their faith -- skipping the virtue (or integrity, as you called it) -- and that leads to all sorts of abominations, like abortion and LGBT.

Knowledge, without virtue to temper it, is like a sail without wind.

Leaving the sarcasm of my post aside NO₂ is nitrogen dioxide.
I knew of schoolkids of my generation having been hospitalized producing this gas in a chemistry experiment.
It is reddish in colour, highly corrosive and its safety data sheet indicates how dangerous it is.

Since car combustion engines produce high temperatures, nitrogen oxides NOₓ which includes NO₂ are produced when nitrogen and oxygen in the air in the cylinders react with each other and forms part of the exhaust gasses.
NOₓs are broken down when the gasses pass over the precious metal coatings in the catalytic convertor.

Diesel produces alot more than gasoline engines, but the biggest source is actually from cattle ranches.
