I haven't been sleeping well for the last week or so. Almost every night I feel anxious while trying to go to sleep and I lay awake for a while. I've been spraying a water/lavender oil mixture on my pillow before I go to sleep, but I don't think it helps me much. I have the most persistent anxiety that, when it bothers me, will only go away when I'm distracted from it, which is not too often. :/
I probably have some kind of minor but lingering bug. I feel basically fine otherwise, but I've had these symptoms before.
But I'm thankful that I was actually well for a little while before this.
Eating 1 or 2 biscuits before sleep would help a lot.
Try praying the Rosary before you go to sleep! That helps me!
That's good advice too.
