I haven't been sleeping well for the last week or so. Almost every night I feel anxious while trying to go to sleep and I lay awake for a while. I've been spraying a water/lavender oil mixture on my pillow before I go to sleep, but I don't think it helps me much. I have the most persistent anxiety that, when it bothers me, will only go away when I'm distracted from it, which is not too often. :/

I probably have some kind of minor but lingering bug. I feel basically fine otherwise, but I've had these symptoms before.

But I'm thankful that I was actually well for a little while before this.

Eating 1 or 2 biscuits before sleep would help a lot.

Try praying the Rosary before you go to sleep! That helps me!

That's good advice too.

Feeling better than I did yesterday. Didn't sleep perfectly last night, but probably a bit better than before.

It's also snowing outside which is nice.

I think we are getting snow over the weekend. Just ordered a pizza. First it has actually sounded good. Glad you are both feeling better!

Looks like we got some big snow coming. It will be the first accumulating snow we've had this season. The stores were in a hustle bustle over it. But there is also the Colts playing tomorrow. So it was probably a combination of the two.

We are in a heavy snow now. Looks like it has no intention of stopping any time soon.

I went out and shoveled in it. Already has about 2" on where I shoveled. It slicker than hot snot on a cold door knob too.

You are welcome here anytime Anhelyna! Lol! As far as the description, an old saying from the southern side of my family from way back. I've never forgot it! I'm finding the snow pretty but very unpleasant. I have to be able to get out at the drop of a hat if need be. So I find it stressful.

I have to admit - now I have sold my Freelander [ a LandRover 4x4 ] I just have a rather nice Ford - but if weather turns really nasty I may be stuck in the house - I live at the top of a steep hill

So far our weather is bearable

Found something that works well for forgiveness issues; dedicate an entire Rosary to the person you're mad at / have trouble forgiving. Just let Mary dispense the graces! Works!

Not to say it's not still a journey or a battle to fight back anger / pride, but it does help.
