Why has Cartoon Network not been getting any new shows lately? Sure, they are replaying some good animes like Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, .hack, and Rurouni Kenshin, but they are just showing reruns. I get much better stuff by going to Best Buy and getting my anime DVDs there. They have dissapointed me by getting SD Gundam! Where are some new anime shows like Final Fantasy Unlimited. Or, they could show some movies such as the Cowbow Bebop movie or some old ones like Endless Waltz and Samurai X. But please, just get some new anime shows.

Well, Cartoon Network is probably pretty cheap, and figures that no one will be able to tell the difference if all they play are reruns.

I remember they used to do this on the CNX channel over here in the UK. They liked replaying Tenchi Muyo a lot, from what I recall.

There's quite a lot of anime available in Manchester town center where I live, but obviously no anime channels on TV. Is CNX still around? When I had Sky they were quite good for anime shows.

Cartoon Network is more for older kids and adults than it is for little kids. During the day it's okay for little ones (to a point) but mostly it's for teens and young adults and the old school anime crowd. Espeically Adult Swim.

adult swim has some other stuff. kikaider (no more though ), big o had new episodes, blue gender...well i dunno where that came from but i never heard of it before adult swim...anyways, they're more focused on american comedy like family guy and sealab 2021.

Cartoon Network only plays Anime that is very popular and that is not too graphic. Samari X is pretty bloody and they don't show too much blood on Cartoon Network. You need to watch Anime Unleashed on Tech TV. They have some of the things you might like. They also switch up shows after that show is done. Check it out.
