Wow.
I can't believe they're going to air it either, although I have long ago ceased to be surprised by the craziness that television stations will put on the air.
From the editor's note, it seems as though the only reason to air the tape is to show how much certain Arabs hate America. The obvious outcome of this is to spread hatred for Arabs among Americans. Maybe this is the desired outcome, but I would hope not.
