Cannot use Edit Buttons above Text Box or Smilies

Perhaps I hit something wrong, but I am, since yesterday early, unable to alter my text. Hitting bold doesn't do a thing, and if I try control+B, it activates my browser's bookmarks instead! Is this a bug or did I do something accidentally on my end? In either case, how do I fix this issue? Thank you for your time! Oh, and one more thing: I can no longer hit enter and skip a line either!

Tis all fixed now. We had some issues before, but they have been resolved

I have had similar problems in the reply or post new I cannot click on anything like link, url, smilies, text type size color etc, and I cannot edit posts at all. This was fixed once before and it is annoying that it is back now. If I make a mistake in a post I am unable to fix it because the three buttons in the edit dialog do nothing not even cancel works.
