can you get the CF app on Windows phones?

Do any of you know if you can get the CF app on Nokia windows 8 phones?

Thinking of getting one, but I love this CF app, if I can't get this app on Windows OS that could be a deal breaker.

Do any of you use CF on a Windows phone?
