Quarantine and social distancing are actually biblical principles for dealing with disease
Read Leviticus 13. If there's a plague, you declare a person unclean and "shut them up" for 7 days, after which you look at them again, if they're still unclean, 7 more days. They're quarantining sick people outside the congregation, and they don't go to the congregation when sick. They also rent their clothes and shouted "Unclean, unclean" as they made their way out of the camp and they covered their upper lip (to prevent coughing and breathing on people and infecting them). They also burned the clothes of the infected and had habitual washing. This is 3500 year old wisdom that is applicable today. God may have not explained Germ theory to the Israelites but He did tell them what to do about it.
I am not denying the Old Testament ways of quarantine. My point is that the virus itself is a form of Judgment upon the majority of mankind for their sinfulness (Especially the popular churches here in America who promote a sin and still be saved gospel). Things can potentially get bad or really bad and it will lead people away from the comforts of this world to trust in God alone and His Word alone and not their own wicked ways.
