By the way, is anybody practicing their hebrew here?

Heya Multi Elis, heck yea I'm reading your hebrew! After 3 years of not speaking it this is a great refresher course for me :)

So it's primarily the Moroccans and Algerians who are the antisemites then over in France? It makes sense... I had a good Moroccan friend whose friends were like "oh yes! I study Hebrew. Because the Jews are smart and they rule the world." That among other weird comments made me doubt that Morocco was such a completely Jew-friendly place as he maintained.

Just out of curiosity, how come you want to wait ten years before going back to Israel? If you do go to Be'er Sheva, perhaps I will someday meet you there. I want to study at Ben Gurion sometime when I have enough money.

It is mostly muslums who don't fit in the general french society or who are apt in general to be extremists that are antisemitic. It annoys me. I try to be nice to them, maybe if people were nice to them they wouldn't get into such passionate convictions.

I want to wait ten years before going back to Israel, becuase... I want to get a solid artistic education... and I am after all French American and would like to live longer in these countries...

And I'd perfer Be'er sheva for idiological reasons and to have a change. I like the desert. The ideological reasons are that too much building is going on in the north and ruining farm land and woods. The feilds in front of my old house are slowly being eaten away by new mega appartment buildings, and I think that it's better to build the megabuildings in the south, in the desert, and leave the north for farming. There are enough people in the north. With the excelent new train system, be'er sheva is three hours away from my old home in the north, and when the new underground train is built to Jerusalem, it will be maybe 45 minutes to Jerusalem. (be'er sheva by bus is 5 hours from my old home)
