Genesis 1 1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
and this is Calvinist how again?
I really don't
I believe we must believe as well
what is specifically Calvinist about this verse to you?
Creatures don't dictate to the Creator.
The birth precedes the believing. One is born again, THEN one believes. Monergistic regeneration enables one to believe the gospel.
Creatures don't dictate to the Creator.
the verse does not say this
and what if the creator desired a creature that could speak of its own will...do you think God is incapable of this?
Yes, it does. Your failure to see it does not mean that it doesn't.
and what if the creator desired a creature that could speak of its own will...do you think God is incapable of this?
Lucifer?
birth happens upon belief(provided you don't fall away)
JOHN 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
1 John 5
1(A)Whoever believes that Jesus is the [a]Christ is (B)born of God, and whoever loves the Father (C)loves the child born of Him. 2(D)By this we know that (E)we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments.
3For (F)this is the love of God, that we (G)keep His commandments; and (H)His commandments are not burdensome.
4For whatever is (I)born of God (J)overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith.
5Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who (K)believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
birth happens upon belief(provided you don't fall away) hence "born again"
John 1
11He came to His [d]own, and those who were His own did not receive Him.
12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become (O)children of God, even (P)to those who believe in His name,
13(Q)who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
very true, God provided the chance to be born again
LOL! So one can "unbirth" himself? You're preaching works to get saved, and to stay saved. As I have pointed out before, it's all about you, not about God.
Did you parents just provide you a "chance" to be born?
