We might, MIGHT, get a Dalek that sits next to the CF character. Still waiting to see the final results on that.
The gloves and wrist guards are on so that the TARDIS appears in the background in the 3rd special item slot. The TARDIS is a special item and not a background, and so you have to fill up the first two item slots with something or else the TARDIS sits in front of your character.
You can find the wrist guards and gloves in Special Items: Jewerly and Eyeware.
