Thanks I had just had a few inches taken off my hair in this pic. My hair was at the point where I could sit on it. It was long over due for a trim though and my sister's friend cut it for free when I was in England.

I think Assisi, becuase you are just tiny all over, that is why you may not have as big a bump as some people, but it is definately an obvious baby bump to me!

I'm still small to everyone else, but I feel big to me! But I was small with DD, I remember when I was 6-7 months preg with DD I was letting my clients know that I would be going on maternity leave in a few months and they were like, I didn't even know you were pregnant!

I remember when I had Susie, that when they pulled her out I thought, how in the world did she fit in there, with all my internal organs as well! I might not have been all that big, but I was sure uncomfortable, and that was when I realised why! No wonder I felt that I couldn't breath or eat much, my stomach must have been the size of a pea all squished up! And my lungs would have been squished a bit as well

Everyone has been telling me lately (ie at work yesterday) that I am HUGE!!!
I find it funny cause i am actually not feeling all that huge at the moment. But it does get to you. My bump is all baby, i haven't put on much weight, only 7kg as of 2 weeks ago at my ob's appointment. I have another one today so i am just going to check that the baby isn't too big!!! Sometimes i wish people would just keep their mouths shut!

Maybe... One of the girls said i must have gained heaps of weight cause of my belly and when i told her only 7kgs, she was so surprised and jealous. With her 2 bub's she gained over 25kg with each... and had just on 6 pound baby's!!!

Thanks... i like the way i look most of the time. Its just way too easy to let what other people think get you down!

I know what you mean. Lol, see she was jealous!

She either assumed that you had gained just because she gained so much (25 kg!!) or she felt bad about how much she gained and was subconsciously projecting it on to you or something.

Pregnancy and parenting seems to be one of the areas where people feel the need to share their opinions regardless of good manners!

And everyone has an opinion, and of course they are right, even if they haven't been pregnant, or have children of their own, or even work in a childbirth/care related field!

Just think, when you have the baby, you won't have heaps of extra weight to worry about. A week after I had DD you wouldn't have known that I was pregnant! I was back in my old clothes. It wasn't until she was 18 months old that I weighed the same as I did when I was 38 weeks pregnant.... But that was becuase I ate to much, not becuase I was carrying a baby!

C2G, I really hope that i lose all my pregnancy weight and look very quickly... I have a wedding to go to at the end on May and i don't want to still look 5 months pregnant!!!

I went to a wedding 19 days after DD was born, and I didn't look preggers. But I don't know if having a C-section had anything to do with it.

I haven't actually gained any weight yet this time either...but I'm only 18 weeks....

I can't remember how much we got with DD, but we bought an automatic washing machine with it. We had an old twin tub! I think this time around we will get a cot and drier!
As it will be winter, and our current drier has cracks in the door...

But about two weeks after the birth to allow family time to arrange travel. I don't have high hopes of looking spectacular.
