AngelusSax said:So, moral ambiguities of Buffy....
OK, here's one. Should Xander have told Buffy, in season 2's finale, that Willow was going to try to re-ensoul Angel again? He was told to tell her, but instead said "kick his a**".
Did he do the right thing?
And then I can yell "Die evil-doer!" and run like a stereo-typical girl.
AngelusSax said:Hmm... well, let's see here...
Did Buffy do the right thing when she "resigned" from the Council's hold over her in season 3? Obviously understandable, but... was it the right thing to do?
I say it was. The Council just didn't get it, they weren't where she was, seeing what she saw. So, I think she did the right thing.
Agreed, I don't think they were as supportive of her as they should have been. Esp. when they had Giles do their "test" on her. It seemed like they thought she was there to serve their best interest and not the other way around. It was a little like some corporate policies, some look good on paper but are not practical in the real world.
