Speaking during a YouTube livestream on Monday (June 7), [Ted] Nugent told his viewers: “We know that the January 6th event at the Capitol in Washington, D.C., those weren’t Trump supporters destroying stuff and breaking windows and being vandals.

“Those were Antifa and Black Lives Matter wearing Trump shirts and hats. I wanna be on record right now for that. Insurrection my [butt].”

He added: “So let me make it clear: January 6th wasn’t an insurrection. Those were terrorists, like Black Lives Matter and Antifa dressed in Donald Trump shirts doing all the damage."

Sad that lots of people actually believe this.

A Texas man who boasted about being at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 has been charged for plotting to bomb data centers in Virginia in hopes of destroying “about 70% of the internet,” federal prosecutors said Friday. The feds were first tipped off to Seth Aaron Pendley’s alleged plans when a “concerned citizen” reached out about disturbing posts on MyMilitia.com in which a user named “Dionysus” said he was going to “conduct a little experiment” that he hoped would lead to “death.”

For weeks this spring, 28-year-old Seth Aaron Pendley had plotted an attack on Amazon data centers in Virginia. He had already taken a sawed-off rifle to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.Now, he hoped to cripple much of the Internet and take down government networks.

Last April, he finally arranged a meeting with a man promising to provide the C-4 explosive devices. [Spoiler alert: that man was an FBI agent.]

On Wednesday, Pendley pleaded guilty to planning to bomb Amazon facilities in an attempt to undermine the U.S. government and to spark a rebellion against the “oligarchy” he believed to be running the country.

Under his plea agreement, Pendley faces between five and 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and three years of probation and will be banned from owning firearms.

Over the course of a year, he developed increasingly radical views, beginning with opposition to COVID-19 lockdown measures and becoming a passionate supporter of former President Trump. After attending the January 6 protests in Washington DC, Pendley began advising friends to arm themselves and soliciting others online to ‘pick a side in the next civil war.’ [Left coast Right Watch]

Is this the sort of chap Ted Nugent was referring to?

Proud Boys insurrectionist Chris Worrell requested a release from jail, citing that he was so worried about covid due to his treatment for his lymphoma. A Judge rejected it saying [Worrell] wasn’t worried about that when he attacked the Capitol without a mask.

Still not out.

a federal judge issued a scathing ruling on Wednesday explaining why he kept him in jail—and highlighting his vulgar Facebook tirades against the “[kitty] [butt] [lady dog]” he believed “ratted” him out following an FBI visit.

But Judge Lamberth called Worrell’s claims “without merit.”

“Contrary to defendant’s characterizations, the record reflects that he has received attentive medical care for his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, COVID-19, and other ailments while in custody,” the ruling states.

Federal prosecutors questioned the actions of his physician Dr. Bino Rucker, writing in a brief opposing Worrell’s release that the doctor “appears to be a urologist, not an oncologist.” Rucker prescribed Worrell a drug called naltrexone, which the government describes as medication “employed to treat opioid-related issues” given to Worrell for “off-label” use.

According to court documents, the FBI nicknamed Herrington “MagaLumberjack” due to surveillance footage capturing him in a red hat with the words “Make America Great Again” on it, and throwing a wooden 4″x4″ piece of lumber in the direction of members of law enforcement.

Court documents say Herrington was originally detained by the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department in Washington D.C. on June 6 when they found a knife in his pants pocket. At this time, officers say were not aware of the earlier assaults, and let him go.

During his detention though, Herrington provided officers with his Alabama driver’s license, phone number and address, which eventually led FBI to his home [in Alabama] on Tuesday [where he was arrested].

That sounds very much like malpractice. Naltrexone is prescribed for addiction to alcohol and opiates including heroin and is regarded as a replacement drug. Dr Rucker is his supplier.

I don't know how it works in America but in the UK medical care is part of the prison's responsibility. Prisoners cannot have their own private practitioner.

Only in California.... former police chief/current yoga instructor indicted on conspiracy charges along with 5 others.

Two Orange County extremists — a former police chief and his partner in organizing Stop the Steal rallies — have been indicted along with members of the Three Percenters militia for their roles in the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.

The grand jury indictment, unsealed Thursday, alleges the men conspired on social media prior to the riot — including on a Telegram channel dubbed California Patriots - Answer the Call Jan. 6 and via text messages — creating travel plans that included discussion of bringing weapons to the Capitol. On the day of the riot, they breached off-limits areas of the Capitol and encouraged others to do so as well, posting videos and pictures as they went, the indictment says.

On Dec. 29, prosecutors allege Taylor wrote on Telegram that, “I personally want to be on the front steps and be one of the first ones to breach the doors!”

The indictments of Hostetter and Taylor are the latest chapter in the turbulent transformation of a ponytailed yoga instructor and a print shop operator into suburban radicals.

Hostetter found a second life in the new age industry after leaving law enforcement — he was sworn in as chief of the La Habra police department in January 2010. But by May of that year, he was out on medical leave and by August had taken a disability retirement citing mental health reasons, according to documents released to The Times under a Public Records Act request.

Hostetter is also facing misdemeanor charges in Orange County for a May 2020 attempt to dismantle a fence limiting beach parking during a San Clemente protest over coronavirus restrictions.

There is a small but persistent fraction of the US that thinks the whole thing was a false flag operation by the Dems. There is no point in presenting facts to them, because they start claiming that all video footage is fake, all evidence is fake, the FBI can't be trusted, the media can't be trusted . . . and they continue to count the days until August, when still-President Trump will move back into the White House after secretly governing from Mar-a-Lago for the past few months. Then the mass executions of Dems will begin.

A Kansas Proud Boy charged in the Capitol riot has asked a judge to release him from jail due to chronic back pain

“Interestingly, the defendant’s back pain did not prevent him from storming the United States Capitol while armed with an axe handle, threatening law enforcement officers, and attempting to prevent Congressional proceedings, among other conduct,” Justice Department lawyers wrote.

William Chrestman, 47, was arrested in February along with four others connected to the Kansas City chapter of the Proud Boys. Photos from the Capitol riot appear to show Chrestman in tactical gear and a respirator and carrying a wooden axe handle. He faces multiple charges, including conspiracy, civil disorder and threatening to assault a federal law enforcement officer.

A Chicago police officer was arrested Friday morning and charged with two misdemeanor counts tied to his alleged participation in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, where he apparently wore a Chicago police sweatshirt and took a selfie inside a senator’s office.

Karol J. Chwiesiuk, 29, was charged after FBI agents learned his phone had been inside the Capitol on Jan. 6 and then found photos he had sent to a friend along with texts such as “We inside the capitol” and “Knocked out a commie last night,” according to court documents.

“The fact that a Chicago police officer has been charged in that attack on American democracy,” [Chicago Police Chief] Brown said, “makes my blood boil.”

Chwiesiuk appears to be at least the 19th current or former member of law enforcement to be arrested in the investigation into Jan. 6.

A New Hampshire man who admitted in a media interview to entering the Capitol and drinking wine he stole from a lawmaker’s office said he’s running to unseat Democrat Ann Kuster as state representative.

(unfortunately, she's a Congresswoman, not a state rep)

RIDDLE: I thought Ann was a state representative.

UNDERWOOD: No. So, a state rep is in the statehouse in Concord.

RIDDLE: Yeah, that’s what Ann is!

UNDERWOOD: No. No, no. She’s in Washington.

RIDDLE: Oh. Well, I guess I gotta run against that then.

Proud Boys descended into dysfunction and finger-pointing as members were arrested in US Capitol riot, new messages show

Audio recordings have been turned over by the feds to the defense, and portions of transcripts have now shown up in defense filings.

They express themselves somewhat forcefully, so no link.

The Proud boys are falling apart according to USA Today.

Proud Boys splinter after Capitol riot, Enrique Tarrio revelations

The discovery that Henry Tarrio was an FBI informant for years has probably got something to do with it.

Proud Boys chairman Henry Tarrio, who goes by Enrique, was arrested days before the Capitol riot and charged with two federal weapons charges. Three weeks later, Tarrio was outed as a longtime FBI informant, a role he has now admitted to. The news about the Proud Boys leader came as other members of the group were arrested for their involvement in the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. Then, on Feb. 3, Canada designated the Proud Boys as a domestic terrorist group.

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia told reporters that she voted against the Congressional Gold Medal to US Capitol Police Officers and MPD because she does not believe the legislation should refer to January 6 as an insurrection.

Considering the things that MTG does believe, it's difficult to take her objection seriously.

Greene also said she had issue with the language of the bill that referred to the Capitol complex as "the temple of our American Democracy."

"For the
hundredth time, Representative Greene, we are not changing it to Mar-a-Lago!"
