Ok, brace yourself... this might be too much info but I was wondering, have any of you have bowel problems... I'm not talking constipation because I know that's normal but where you have to go A LOT!
Usually I need to go once a day, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all.... ok, normal and healthy for me, but during this past week it seems that I'm having to sit on the pot almost all day long. I did have diarrhea once today, but otherwise it's just a normal bowel movement, one that takes a while...... I'd been eating pretty healthy and drinking a lot of water... but it's like my bowels just won't relax... so like a man I have to sit with my reading material and after I'm sitting, reading and relaxing... things down there start to relax then I finally have a normal movement..... but I've been having to do this about 5 times per day.
I wonder if it's the flu virus my baby has.... I'm not having flu symptoms... but the other thought is that I remember reading once that sometimes the bowel movements increase before labor as a natural way of the body preparing for labor. Now I've still got a couple months to go so I'm not near my due date... but I have been wondering if the pregnancy has anything to do with it. Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
It's a pain in the bu t t... literally
