Sorry, i just can't stand people believe we are filled with the Holy spirit always on believing, because we are missing some very important blessing ignoring this. Every christian should seek being filled with the HS.

Just a thought. What happens when we are baptised in the spirit. On the day of Pentecost Peter said repent and be baptised for forgiveness of sin and you shall be filled with the Holy Ghost.

It does not say there or later about any physical event taking place to show this happened, but I cannot imagine that Paul said this if it was not going to happen.

I was filled with the Holy Spirit on the day I was born again. How do I know. As I prayed for forgiveness, a supernatural power flowed through my body and filled me totally. When I left the building I was literally walking on air and if I had to cross a river on the way home I am sure I would have walked on the water.

I am not sure that thought is what we are talking about as no one has said as far as I know repenting and being baptised means you are believing in Jesus as it is a given and I trying to find out why brother James believes there are words in the verse which are not in the verse.

Yes it can happen, there is no strict rule with this, but not always, a lot of people needs to look for this, i have an issue with the belief that christians are always filled at conversion, because this is not true. And people don't care/believe about this, and we are missing something very important here!.

Of course all scripture says what they say. That is not the problem. The problem is understanding what they say, which is not a given.

Correct. And some are difficult for most and other scriptures are difficult for some. Understanding, in my view is a matter of asking God and wanting His view, not just any view. Many won’t wait for that view so make up something.
Those who want truthread all of it. Those who want a preferred view read only bits.

Off topic, but it must be said... Your "signature" says, "EVERY ABORTION KILLS A BABY". That is foolishness! Many abortions are performed because the baby is already dead or has no chance of living outside the womb for more than a few minutes. Now, back to the topic being discussed...
