The distribution shows unemployment rose in real terms in all categories of employment except, it fell 201k jobs in permanent unemployment and people on temporary layoff:

Gallup's survey doesn't reflect this estimate, and said it would take a remarkable amount of offset on the part of the BLS to keep unemployment figures unchanged:

I don't know how relevant my comment here is, but I think it may be important to keep in mind that the unemployment rate and the non-farm payroll employment ('the number of jobs added' part) come from 2 different surveys, so there may be variation between different surveys just because they're different surveys (ie, Gallup, the Establishment Survey, and the Household Survey).
