currently not taking a multi vitamin. Looking for a good one for OLDER women. Whenever I take vitamins it seems like I can't get the taste out of my throat the whole day.
No fruit doesn't bother me really, it's just that I bought a whole bunch of fruit that now will probably go to waste. Go figure.
Yesterday I worked out my legs even though my shins were still sore from Pat's Run on Saturday. I tried to do the stair monster instead of the eliptical, but I could only do 12 minutes and I had to stop periodically cuz I could tell my heart rate was out of control. I only burned 107 calories according to the monster, but it's all I could do. I can do an hour on the eliptical so I don't get that. I thought I could at least do 20 min.
I hate leg days!
