My concern about Joe is that he is not the one really in charge. He's the POTUS, the commander in chief. But he asks permission to accept questions from reporters? This has happened multiple times with Joe Biden.

My wife is an executive assistant and a not-insignificant part of her job is managing the schedule of the VP supports and working with other EA’s to coordinate schedules with their VP’s.
