Are you kidding ???
Not at all. I think the Dems thought Biden was 'with it' and now they find he isn't.
We've been watching Trump for 4 years now ...
And you want to swap out one out of touch president for the other? How could that go wrong?
We need a break ...
Then we need to elect someone actually competent for a change. Not Tweedle Dee OR Tweedle Dum. Fat chance the electorate is sensible enough to do that.

"With it" ???
Yes, 'with it'. Biden seems a bit lacking in that department. People can pretend otherwise if they want to.
A hamster would more competent than Trump ... (I got this from another poster) ...
Perhaps. But is it wise to trade a hamster for a gerbil?

Can't go lower than Trump and his followers, ... but that's no excuse to be foolish ...
You know us well. The "irredeemable deplorables" who are "clinging to our Bibles and our guns." Alienating half the us population didn't work out too well for Hillary. Perhaps it will be better with Biden.

Trump's 40% are already alienated. We don't hope for your support.

We'll reach out to suburban women like we did in 2018 ...

Trump's not a hamster. He's an alley-cat, ... and needs to be put out of the house to pursue his exploits.

And Biden's not a gerbil ... much more like a dependable guide dog, who helps to guide you through the twists and turns of life, and offering compassionate affection as he does so.

The president should be a servant to the people, ... not to his own objectives, willing to work for the people, ... and for the benefit of the people.

I've taken the time to listen to Biden. He's fine ... and he's got a lot of wisdom. He's got the personal character and qualities to see us through ... and hopefully out of the current crises we face ...

I always found it interesting (or ironic) that a party who waved the banners of diversity so proudly found themselves possibly nominating the oldest, whitest man who was running. All I will say on this topic is that if Biden is nominated, Democrats will lose all moral authority to judge Trump supporters as pro-misogynist. I guess the #metoo movement is officially dead. Sorry feminist.

There's a disconnect between the DNC establishment and the liberal/progressive little people here on the ground. The Democratic Party isn't the party of progressive, liberal politics; though it does try to make token attempts to look like it does. The reason why more liberal people tend to vote Democrat is because they aren't Republican.

So that the DNC wants establishment candidates who are basically seen as "safe" isn't a surprise to anyone. Many of us hoped that they would have learned some kind of lesson after the total fiasco that was Hillary Clinton's campaign. But no, they really haven't.

The DNC apparently needs to shoot itself in both feet.

And just so there's no confusion. This isn't an endorsement of the GOP or Trumpian clown politics. Just a lament about the current state of affairs.

Yeah...because you know how much we deplorables despise women by taking away their right to have abortions. Especially those suburban white ones.

Biden being asked to Drop Out

This attempt to create doubts about Biden is all being orchestrated by the President and his supporters who are desperate in their attempts to grasp onto any faint scrap of hope to counteract Trump's downward spiral!

Despite having weeks of daily, unfiltered, nationally-televised White House briefings which should have provided a venue for Trump to appear "presidential" during prime time, the American public had a extended opportunity to watch how "The Donald" responded to a national crisis - they were not impressed!

Meanwhile the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate campaigning out of his basement with limited exposure continues to surge ahead!

Reeks of desperation, doesn't it?

"Wait, I have an idea! Let's pretend Biden.... we can find a "democrat" to say so, and then Trump will win!"

How's that working out? From the average of polls at Real Clear Politics:

Biden's lead is the steadiest on record
Biden's lead is the steadiest on record - CNNPolitics

Pretty much everything they toss at him, misses.
