No offense, but I don't think these questions are truly New Testament questions (e.g., the term "annunciation" isn't in the NT). These sound more like "church" questions.

Dysert yes those last five questions were probably more church questions.

The Magnificat

The Magnificat (Latin for: [My soul] magnifies) —also known as the Song of Mary, the Canticle of Mary and in Byzantine tradition the Ode of the Theotokos; is a canticle frequently sung (or spoken) liturgically in Christian church services. It is one of the eight most ancient Christian hymns and perhaps the earliest Marian hymn. Its name comes from the first word of the Latin version of the canticle's text.

The text of the canticle is taken directly from the Gospel of Luke Chapter 1 verse 46 where it is spoken by the Virgin Mary upon the occasion of her Visitation to her cousin Elizabeth. In the narrative, after Mary greets Elizabeth, who is pregnant with the future John the Baptist, the child moves within Elizabeth's womb. When Elizabeth praises Mary for her faith, Mary sings what is now known as the Magnificat in response.

Dysert thank you for your comment. And you may well be correct.

I am using a very old Bible that was given to me when I left school 50 years ago. It was published by:-

The British and Foreign Bible Society
146 Queen Victoria Street
Printed at the University Press Oxford

This verson of Bible is full of interesting pictures. It also divides the Bible up using headings.

Those last five questions we all about headings in my Bible.
I'm sure you know this, but for anyone who doesn't, it's the words of the Bible that are inspired, not the headings or the notes. Many study Bibles have notes or commentary in them. We must be careful not to ascribe infallibility to these notes as we do the biblical text.

Question 36

36/ From which Psalm are these wonderful words taken ?

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
From whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
Which made heaven and earth.

Yes Dysert you are correct. These beautiful words come from Psalm 121

37/ From which psalm cometh these words: Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than speaking righteousness..... But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever.

38/ Who is the man that lovest lying rather than speaking righteousness? (trick question)

Do we have any takers for these two interesting questions from YESLORDIWILL ?

39/ From which Psalm do we get these beautiful words? Psalm 23...
...Verse 4 says Thy rod comforts me; I tend to think of "the rod" as "the law"

40/ which psalm praises "the law" more than all others?

Answer to question 40 could be Psalm 119

Blessed are the undefiled in the way
Who walk in the law of the Lord

The answer to question 38 could be AN EVIL MAN
Luke 6 verse 45

An evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart
bringeth forth that which is evil:
for the abundance of his heart his mouth speaketh.

Question 41

41/ From which Psalm are these beautiful words taken ?

I remember singing a lovely little chorus in my local church based on this Psalm.

Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul
O my God, I trust in thee
Let me not be ashamed
Let not my enemies triumph over me.

Could the answer to question 38 be Satan.

Satan is also known as the Great Deceiver.
