+Black-eyed Peas "Where is the Love" - I would pick Finch, because I personally feel that song is "better". But this one had a bigger affect on music.

+Jason Mraz - Just plain uniqueness. However, I believe Gavin is better lyrically.

AND COMEBACK BAND OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO......
PHISH!!!!!

After a hiatus that lasted from November 2000 to New Years Eve 2002, Phish came back with a new album that has some amazing songs on it, and their shows on tour this year were amazing, most notably 12/1/03, the night before their 20th Anniversary.
Definitely the best show I've ever been to.
