The Axver is the new SI Unit for the level of U2 support. For example your level of support would equal 1 Axver, and others could measure their level of support on a linear scale from 0 to 1. For example my level would equal approximately 0.7 Axver. :p
AHAHAHAHA
When it comes to U2 support I guess I'm probably a .01 Axver.
I love Gloria 6-5-83 from Red Rocks, I know some story about how U2 played on a roof somewhere and was kicked off, I know they've been around forever, and I think that "the Edge" is the coolest name any guitarist ever had. Maybe I'm more of a 0.05 Axver? I dont know.........

Yeah, the film clip for "When the Streets Have No Name" was shot on a rooftop and at the end you see police kicking them off (not to their deaths on the footpath below of course :p ) The fan will verify this, I'm sure.

HA! I'm listening to that right now!

KJ's onto this one. In early 1987, U2 decided to film the music video for Where The Streets Have No Name on the top of a single-floor liquor store in a slightly less-desirable part of Los Angeles. This, of course, attracted a huge crowd and caused a nightmare for the authorities. U2 launched into an impromptu concert, playing Streets four times, before the police shut them down and kicked them off. I understand the power was turned off during the middle of a song, I think it was Pride (may have been In God's Country). The film clip itself is AWESOME, it might as well be a short film.
