He tells about how his mom is a diabetic and how she never gets healed from diabetes but he can't share it as openly as he would because if he did then people wouldn't believe God healed. I found it incredible that this man would hide all these things and be in fear. There is a lot of things that I have sat and pondered if all was stripped from him and would the ministry be effective for salvation and I have to say that I don't think he could do it. Have you ever heard him try to preach? He can't. He gets all these guests to speak but he doesn't really speak and I don't think he can deliver it and in context with what people need to know. I agree with Humbleman here that I doubt that it would exist unless he was right with God.

One last point, when he shared what all the shortcomings were in his home and was real, and shared the thoughts that went through his head and just sat there and kind of testified, then I heard God using him. This was not at a crusade.

I understand what you're saying, but what I'm getting at is this- forget the healings and other stuff. Put a bible in his hands, put him in the pulpit, and tell him he has to evangelize the crowd by his understanding of and knowledge of the Gospel. Do you think his theology is strong enough to win converts based solely on his teachings?

On the report about him they say he chooses which will come up on the stage and those poor sick folks that are on gurneys, wheelchairs and those in really sad shape like Shivo are way in the background and never come up on stage.

Maybe God is allowing Terri Schiavo to suffer the fate man plans for her to show how evil we who claim to be His really are. In any case, Benny Hinn is not the healer, God is, and if God doesn't heal someone, it doesn't matter what Benny Hinn or anyone else does.

Personally, I believe every Christian has access to every gift of the Holy Spirit to be used when needed.

I think that what Benny is paid is nobody's business but his own. Sorry but there arent many people that if you go up to them and say " Exscuse me sir I see that you are sporting a christian symbol on your mercedes would you please show me your spending trends and patterns and report to me how much you make?" Thats rude. I think people assume that he spends the ministrys money on hotels and cars but thats not true. He is paid a huge amount by his church. So what he buys and spends on is from his own personal earnings. I dont get why people dont see that
