Sweetest. Exploitationshow. Ever!

I've watched it and love it. But I missed it last night. Was it good?

I was a tad disappointed. The girls seemed more vapid this year and the guys seemed more socially retarded than the previous two seasons. But with that caveat I really enjoyed it and look forward to the makeover shows for the Geeks.

I agree. Some of the girls were just aweful! In the previews it shows a love match that is coming up. Last season I could pick out the geek that had the most possibility and he got the love match... this season, I'm at a total loss.

The geek makeover episode will be great!

We watched it for the first time ever last week. My son (who works in a library, but believe me, is NOT a geek) was appalled at the Dewey Decimal system sitation. Actually I was too.

I like a couple of the young ladies and a couple of the guys. But some of the young ladies really seem mean.

Don't know if I'll keep watching it.

I was of two minds when I saw that:
- What library was that again? Grover Cleveland elementary school library circa 1974?
- ISBN would have made the girls heads explode so Dewey Decimal was proably for the best.

LTR, keep watching, it's actually a pretty fun show even though some of the girls can get aggressive about the competition aspect of it. Despite the premise it's actually unexploitive and can be quite sweet.

Hey US, How're ya doing? How about that, we both watch t.v. other than LOST! ^_^

We'll see, sometimes one just can't resist. I do love to watch these types of shows, but it depends what else is going on or up against it.

*goes off to start a thread on Wife Swap! :D *

Did you watch last night? I was disappointed with the extant, but edited drama between the "blondes" (like any of the "blondes" were born with that hair color - I mean check out the eyebrows on some of them) and the brunettes.

That gripe aside it was a typically fun episode and I'm proud to say that I got 6 of the 8 elimination questions correct, my only stumbles being confusing "Eaglesomething" with "The Spirit of St. Louis" and not knowing the vocation of the guy in the last question.

/me goes off to reply to your Mythbusters thread

Nope didn't watch last night...was too busy watching Mythbusters.

Honestly had forgotten which night it was on!

We'll see if we watch it more...I like Mario and his "beauty"...as of last week, she seemed nice to me. And I will most times cheer for "nice".

It repeats on Sunday nights if you missed last night's episode.

I love this show. I was really hoping one of the vapid blondes would go home last night. The one girl who is all into flirting (but she'd "never actually DO anything with them!") so needs to get out of the pool and put her face in a book once in a while. ;)

And the sad thing is, the girl who did go home was really working. She deserved to win the whole thing, although her geek didn't.

Next week is Pimp Your Geek!!!

What does Pimp your geek, mean?

Is this when they get their makeovers?

Yeah. They said it on the commercial. It's next week.... I love that one because it's always so fun to see how attractive these guys can be with just a change of clothes. Last season one or two of them turned into outright hotties...
