Bah, it conflicts with so many other shows we watch -- Friday Night Lights, American Idol, and Jericho. I might actually have to use a *gasp* VCR for B&tG tonight!

Reminder bump for the reunion show. (thank you network promo I capreciously saw last night before going to work)

A request for those of you at home who have broadband. I learned last night that Jennylee (I think) appeared on the Loveline radio show recently. I can't access the show's website when I'm at work, and there's no way I'd try to hear the show on dial-up (assuming they have archives on the site), but it any of you would be nice enough to check it out and see if they have an archive of the show availible I'd appreciate your comments on what you hear.

The follow up show was pretty neat. CC De Vile is still a disgusting waste of oxygen, and there wasn't enough Amanda (who I thought was on par with Jennylee) but everyone else seemed to have grown from the B&tG experience. The person who got married was a bit of a surprise, but not a shocker once you thought about it.

I don't think anything was said previously, but the "Geekback Mountain" scenes of Scooter with his shirt and glasses off made me wonder why this guy doesn't have a woman. Maybe you girls pine for buffer, hairier men, but I thought he looked pretty good for a nerd.

And LTR, I have changed my mind about Nate and Jennylee after seeing their reunion. I think they might have a future afterall.

And speaking of Nate, the glowstick rave footage was priceless.

For a show that could be the most exploitative and vile on television, Beauty and the Geek has wound up being one of the sweetest, heartwarming and most uplifting shows ever conceived.

After the show I looked it up and couldn't find anything that said they were together. But, their reunion was TOTALLY cute. She was being interviewed and said he was gone for several months so they couldn't talk much and then he came in. She was really surprised, they hugged and then sat down to interview a little more. Jennylee pointed out that both of them are single and then looked at him hopefully and said, "Both of us are single. Right?" Then they ran out hand in hand.

It was wonderful. I want them to get married.

From the beginning my favorites were Nate, Scooter, and Mario. (I did pick them out the first night Kinda sad...) I'm glad things worked out great for all of them

We finally watched last night. I was so happy for Mario!

Ceci was talking about how she had no interest in seeing anyone from the show again, what losers they all were, blah blah blah -- and then I read a TV Guide interview with Megan where she said she and Ceci were really good friends and Megan was actually staying with Ceci in L.A. right now.

I agree, Us...still think there just may be something there between Nate and Jennylee...something lasting.

Your summary of the show is so true ..I'm left with wanting to keep my warm memories of this time around and unsure if I want to keep watching when it starts again. We'll see.
