If you could go back in time, what era would you go to and why?

I would love to go back to visit the Native Americans before they were forced into reservations... I don't think would enjoy living there just want to visit... Why?? so I can learn first hand about plants, herbs and holistic health.

No, we always wait for first snow.... sometimes is before Thanksgiving, sometimes is almost Christmas and one year it was even before Halloween.... Everyone who knows me, always laugh if we get an early snow because they know I will take the next day off work f possible and start decorating...

What is your favorite Holiday tradition and why?

My son was born Dec. 18th... I had a difficult labor and we both almost died... we both come home from hospital Christmas Eve. At the hospital all Christmas babies were given a life sixe stocking to put under the tree.... every Christmas since he was born we always pick out different doll to put under our tree in the stocking he come home in... Is a tradition that he will never allow me to forget... He will be 21 this year and has bought a new baby to place in our stocking....

great question....

guess is not really a meal... and is not really healthy but I enjoy it very much...

shell macroni and cheddar cheese with pone bread... everyone knows how to make mac-n-cheese.. but will give recipe for pone bread (very old mountain Native American recipe)...

in a small bowl get some self-rising flour.... add enough water to make pasty... heat small amount oil in frying pan... spoon in some dough and fry.... is wonderful with anything.... and we make it almost every day...

How long have you been a health care nurse? and what do you love the most about your job?

Have been nurse for 6 years. Worked for this same company for about 12 years. Started as an aide and worked my way to being the Field supervisor and nurse.
Best part of my job is visiting/ getting to know my patienst and their families... Love helping the patient stay out of Nursing home or hospital as long as possible...
