Thanks Doc. You are right, I firmly believe that if people see Christ in you first, then obviously everything else in you life is in order.

Thanks Chris. I have no choice but to make the Bible my guide through life. It is all to plain for me that it is the written word of God.
I don't care what anyone says. As long as you are teachable by the Holy Spirit (the Bible does say that the Spirit will lead you into all truth) you're on the right track.

What did it help you to do?

[bible]Romans 1:20[/bible]
Observing nature and realizing that there is no way that all this was formed from evolution, and it just points me back to the Bible.

Nature has an awesome way of doing that.

OK. The Bible is a part of nature, though. Nature points you to its Creator, according to that text.

Can't we just get over it already? Evolution is a fact of life. Evolution should not be confused with abiogenesis. One has been observed the other has not.

Evolution, strictly speaking, can only tell you how things change once you have life--it cannot tell you how life came to be in the first place.

If evolution is guarded by the principle of 'survival of the fittest', then how does it explain the variety of species today evolved from the (limited) variety of the primative (single cell) life forms?

I used to be an atheist/evolutionist. It definitely takes more faith.

That is precisely where it errs. It tries to start too low. But, once you have cats, dogs and birds then in diffrent ecological niches they can adapt and survive and in virtually no time you have a new "species."

Right!
