CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I made it through my work days. Yesterday was my half day and people were asking me what was wrong and what I did to my leg.
Today I can’t walk and I have flu like symptoms.
I have an MRI tomorrow and I’m going to Urgent Care tomorrow or Saturday

Well I have Covid but that's not all bad, it gives time for the anti inflammatory and steroids to work before I go back to work and the Urgent Care I go to even got me a medical device to help with the pain that my insurance pays for and they do all the paperwork

I only felt sick Thursday, I had 101 degrees fever. But I’m fine now just a little congestion. And the Urgent Care I went to got me a medical device that my insurance will pay for and they did all the paperwork. It sends two different frequencies to the nerves that block the pain signals, then it is a TENS unit and it also is a muscle stimulator. They say use the first application then if you still have pain use the TENS. I’m not sure how the third application fits in.
I should get it next week.

I have RFA today. I hope it starts working quickly. The nerve pain is in my left leg and now my right knee has started hurting again.
It's bone on bone and I will have to have a replacement eventually.

Please pray for me. It’s been a week and the RFA has not started working. The leg pain is worse than ever, I have to use a cane and my right knee is bothering me.
I had an MRI and I have severe facet arthrpathy at the L4-L5 vertebra, moderate one other place and mild in some others.
I have a referral to a surgeon but haven’t got the appointment yet. My sleep is really messed up and I’m feeling anxious tonight I can really use the prayers.
know there are others who have far worse problems than me but I feel like I need a little help tonight.

The leg is feeling much better today. It still hurts when I first stand up after sitting or laying down but after I get a few steps in it feels s much better.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon in a month. This is just to show him the MRI and consultation. It's a slow process.
I have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon next week.
I need knee replacement in both knees and the right one has started hurting because I am favoring the left leg due to the nerve pain.
I hope to get another shot and put off surgery. I need to get the nerve pain under control first.
I have a brace for the knee that works well.

At night I am having anxiety, about the pain, will it ever be resolved and about other things. The prayers help

If anyone is awake I am asking for prayers that my medicine doesn't have a negative interaction, that I don't have anxiety, that I get a good nights sleep, and that I can go to work tomorrow without pain.
