  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Sure. I do a lot of self-evaluating, and I think that's what keeps me honest with myself.

To answer the other question, I like Dr. Laura because she is a straight-shooter. I respect honesty, even if it's constructive criticism (I love Simon on American Idol, too). She has a lot of wisdom, and she doesn't let people give excuses for their bad actions or feelings. Her motto is "Do the right thing" and that's what she teaches, in a nut shell, under every circumstance. Jesus taught the same thing. ;)

What time do you usually go to bed?

I was called once in the former county I lived in; I had to call some number and it was always cancelled, so I never had to serve; then, when I moved to a new county, I got one of those jury letters, but because it had been fewer than four years, I think, I just put that I had been called in the other county. . . (sorry so long)

Would you ever like to be on a high profile jury case where you are sequestered?
