My rage has died out, yet it feels very close by. I'm still rather low but keeping my focus.

Waiting for relief for I know He wont leave me behind for the sharks - though they are encircling me at the moment, focussing on Jesus' loving truth keeps them at bay!

I just have to keep swimming!

Awake and not sure yet! :0 Did not sleep the greatest and I know I have to work tomorrow, so. . . just hanging and trying to do some Christmas stuff today. Hugs and prayers to all.

Levelish. Really tired, but at my parents' and enjoying time with my sister. Wheeeee.... And Jarrod will be coming over tonight due to a bad weather alert (ice/sleet storm) so I won't be going a night without seeing him!! Woohoo!!

Yeah I got through it I think - just before Christmas - got family up so this is going great - praying I don't cycle to quickly but I should have a few days I hope.

Praying all of you have praising hearts for Christmas, you deserve that and Jesus as well!

Very depressed. Tired of dark thoughts. Will be spending some time with the Lord in a few minutes to try to shake some of this loose and find some encouragement.

Inbetween here for mood. :Big sigh: guess the meds are helping.

But now I need to move to the next level and begin a plan. Working on that while in prayer and putting it in practice. Or attempting to anyway.

I'm high-ish and loving it. On Christmas, I can't ever remember feeling so much love for our Heavenly Father for sending the Lamb down for us! What an offer! What sacrifice! For us all - life for evermore if we believe in Him. Jesus our Messiah. Hurray, Hurray, Hurry for Jesus!!!

Praying you may all taste His love today and praise Him for bringing Jesus. God in us and God among us.

With you guys it has been like this already - all believing, all struggling but trusting that Jesus will come and heal. Oh isn't His love so good???

Levelish. Maybe a little on the high end of things, I don't know. Internally, that is. I'm kind of blah, tired and a little disappointed on the outside. Shame on me though!! Today is a celebration of Jesus' goodness to us... and I don't have to feel bad today at all, because He has done wonderful things for me, for all of us!!

Still level!!!! Went through a low bit earlier today, but then I took a nap for an hour, and am feeling better now.

Little on the low side. Was really low earlier. I've had a non-cheery (understatement) day. I really don't want to do Christmas anymore. If I had today to do over, I'd stick my kids' gifts on their pillows and stayed in bed all day.

I used to as a teen and young adult. I notice now they have stuck all kinds of things with it... like signs and stuff.

Just wondering... remembering how at one time it helped really prepare me for days.

He keeps me, and this I know... because His Word does tell me so.

Level-upish

Had a great Christmas even with everyone around. Had a bit of a psychotic time, at one stage, but fell asleep and felt refreshed a few hours later.

Met a very close and dear elder friend of mine and we discussed Salvation according to the Book of Revelation, we both had a wonderful time, as we both love Him dear, and rejoice seeing God's Word so accurately retell our outer and inner reality.

We both know His time is near!

Oh Michael how are you? My heart goes out to you, still hurting so deep. Please know we all care for you and long for the day that your agony is overcome. Please know it is drawing near!

Have you heard any more about your medications? Please know that over-medicated can make you feel like you do now, I have been there plenty of times! Hang in and keep looking for alternatives.

Personally I found that my mood stabilisers were to high, and kept me down in depression all the time. Less mood stabiliser made my moods cycle more, but there was much benefit in this, for at least now I experience different moods, and also up times not just down. This is essential for a balanced approach we must feel both up and down, just not to severe if possible! So some mood stabiliser but no overkills!

I know it's Christmas...but I've just not been into it the past few years...I don't know why...

I miss all the excitement and joy I used to get on Christmas...

I guess my life's just turned...

Sqiz, I miss the excitement and joy that used to come with Christmas too. I was somewhat excited yesterday and the days leading up to it... but then it died down and I was sad yesterday and am somewhat sad again. It's hard to face days that are supposed to be joyful when life, as you put it, has turned black, and hard, and scary, and just a whole lot of bother. But you can and will make it through this. Just keep your head up, keep fighting, and keep coming here for support.

Lowish. Really exhausted. I didn't get to sleep til past ten last night and got up at 5:15am... so I think I will be sleeping sometime today.
