CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What's the point in the enemy tricking you if it has no ill effects? I wonder about your ability to make connections, or your depth of reading and understanding the Bible.
I may be coming off as harsh, but I'm just dumbfounded.

Its a big enough ball, also not a perfect ball as there are valleys and mountains as well as being flattened a bit at the top and bottom. The technical term is a spheroid. The third or so post has the address of the previous flat earth thread in which the arguments for and against it was discussed: I see no reason to rehash it here, just read that thread and continue the argument there if you wish.

Ok, so explain what in the Bible I don't believe.
I believe that God created all of us. I believe that man fell and sin erupted. I believe that God has a plan for humanity, and hopes we can make it, but understands that most won't. I believe God is angry because of sin entering the very land he created. I believe that the Messiah came to Earth to release the bride, being those who remain faithful and doing what is right even through all the tempation and many trials. I believe in keeping love and doing what's right and keeping faith because I truly desire to, not out of obligation. Just in a nutshell.
Does this sound right?

Well my mind is all ready made up on the matter. They say you can only see 24 miles or so before the ball starts to curve,so something that far away would not be visible if you believe them. so you actually think you on a ball spinning at about 1000 mph,and you can't feel it?
