Much of the obvious corruption of the past fifty years would have to had cooperation from high up for it to go on so the information in this video really does make sense to me:

I had an ex-intel guy tell me some good things were about to happen - money getting fixed and bad guys getting jailed.

That is exactly what I also heard explained on youtube in a manner that there is no way that I could rule it out....... I am not an insider on USA politics and the case for these two events was impressive!
