It's one one thing to be conscious but it's another to have the instructions necessary to be conscious, which do not come naturally from any of the ten dimensions of reality, because a consciousness is required to create the instructions for a cell to exist from its DNA coding.
Mathematics is the one language which is universal, and because DNA is not just a number sequence, but a dynamic integrating instructional system that can replicate other RNA DNA sequences that enter the host.

Then the proteins within the cell transfers an inactive version of the viruses RNAm to engage the infection within the host and actively seeks and destroys the infection.
And then the RNAm converts back into useable materials for the cell to use, which is like an army defence force fighting from a fort where they actively plan their next attack.
And the instructions to carry out this procedure cannot arise naturally from any dimension, because their is intent at work within each and every living cell, and the cell is governed by its encoded instructions.
The origin of design instructions must be from an intelligence that exists outside of time, space and matter, because, spacetime cannot arrange matter into an instructional sequence over time.
