I was craving ice cream in the airport yesterday...But there were no ice cream places...And McDonald's ran out of soft serve...What kind of country is this when you can't get ice cream in the airport?

when, I'm craving dirt....I try to eat chocolate instead.....it's brown and it tastes better......Now,I figure why bother waiting for a craving for dirt to arise, I'll just eat chocolate in advance so when such a craving does make it's self known, I'll be covered!

I always crave chocolate. Once in a while I give in but only if it's good quality (baking chips are not worth it). Most of the time fat-free, sugar-free fudgesicles do the trick though!

i crave hot fudge cake sundaes from Sonic sometimes

so i buy Dreyers low fat cookies and cream icecream and mix it with a weight watcher chocolate muffin and it tastes the same to me!

and when i crave a cheeseburger i make a veggie burger instead with wheat buns. or buy a chic-fil-a sandwhich.

I am craving the gym right now...I find myself obsessed with the gym, but I know I need to rest my body when I do weights.

I thought I wanted to work out at the gym tonight, but I got there changed out of my work clothes and then went to the cardio room. I climbed up on the crossramp and poof the sensation to workout left me. I got off, went to stretch, and did some leg presses; but I could not get the feeling back. So I left. Now my leg is hurting. Probably since I worked two shifts at work today, and I should be in bed.

The moral of the story: I was craving the gym and lost my craving before I even got a workout.

o...yeah...I am a vegetarian now...It has been a blessing...I had extreme acid reflux...Since my diet change, I have had only one day of acid reflux, and it has been about a month now...Praise God
