Record sales don't mean squat. The Velvet Underground's debut sold about .005 copies in its first year, and now it's considered one of the most influential albums in rock history.
If Hootie And The Blowfish's music could be analyzed by an objective talent-judging machine, it would start exploding out of violent anger after 30 seconds.
The comments about that aren't about people liking them, though - quality, talent, and influence exist separately from what people like or dislike, although at times they coincide (in the Top 40 charts, this tends to be rather rare, but it does happen sometimes).forgive me for being rude, but most of the time the record sales do.that means people like them.
LOL,I saw a tshirt that read "Even Jesus doesn't like Creed"What? Have they had that many hits that I can actually judge on?
But uhh... I guess they can't be that good.
Scott Stapp, however, sucks. Fer sure.

I remember that commercial, too.If actually seen them in concert twice (hey, they were both free concerts and my best friend loves them). They are a pretty talented band. I understand that they aren't for everyone though. Darius does an amazing acapella version of Amazing Grace, btw. And then, there is always this:

Okay. Didn't mean to be rude of course.Sorry if I seemed that way.
Yea! And I hope you feel better...Ijust got over a COLD myselfI personally don't like them, so I voted 'yes'.
I know THREE too many, meself. :-/I believe I know 1 song!
The same year that this artist, Martin Page came out withHootie and the Blowfish's "Broken Rearview Mirror" was over hyped, over played by both radio and MTV. It was just a major burn out on them. So much so that I think I still am burnt out and the rest of America at that time. I still have their CD, but I don't know if I could play it even though I do like some of their pop songs.

The same year that this artist, Martin Page came out with
"In The House Of Stone and Light", making me wonder which artist/band did better in '94.
And that song and ARTIST, ROCKS.
Ooh, yes.

Dang, that's pretty bad! LOL!!!!
Think I heard that phrase somewhere on the net, too.
And Scott Stapp may be a womanizer.
